Thanks for shopping with Our Wild Puget Sound! We're a small, independent shop inspired by the wildlife, landscapes, and natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Every order means a lot to us, and we do our best to get your new favorite things packed up and on their way as quickly as possible.

Here's everything you need to know about shipping your order.

Order Processing

We typically prepare and ship orders with in stock items within 1–3 business days after they're placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Out of stock items that need to be added to our print queue or orders placed during busy seasons, product launches, or special promotions may take a little longer. If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed. Every product page shows an estimated processing time for that specific product so you can see the timeline before you order.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship orders from Washington State.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and available delivery options.

Our estimated shipping times are:

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days, if available

• International Shipping: 7-10 business days, depending on location

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

If we offer free shipping promotions, any minimum order requirements or restrictions will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Packaging & Sustainability

We love the natural places that inspire our products, and we believe that small choices can make a difference.

Whenever practical, we reuse clean, sturdy shipping boxes and packing materials to help reduce unnecessary waste.

That means your order might arrive in a box that's already had a previous adventure. The packaging may not always look brand new, but the products inside are packed with care.

We also try to minimize unnecessary packaging while making sure your order arrives safely.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@ourwildpugetsound.com.

We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Occasionally, packages get delayed or take an unexpected detour.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend checking your tracking information first.

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has another delivery issue, please contact us at info@ourwildpugetsound.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

For damaged items, photographs of the product and packaging are helpful.

We'll review the situation and work with you and the shipping carrier toward an appropriate resolution.

Any remedies required by applicable consumer protection laws will remain available.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or could not be delivered, we'll contact you to discuss available options.

Additional shipping charges may apply if you request reshipment, depending on the circumstances.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier operations.
