Who is Our Wild Puget Sound?
Our Wild Puget Sound was started by Seattle-based photographer, Sara Montour Lewis, in 2020 as a tiny passion project to celebrate the Salish Sea. It's since grown in so many ways and this shop is a way to bring some of the magic of the Salish Sea home. Most of the designs in our shop start as photographs that Sara took and then transformed into illustrations fit for a screen to screen print. Some of them take another detour along the way and are hand-carved as linocut block prints.
Basically, this shop is a lifelong love letter to the Salish Sea and all of the places and creatures that make it so special. As part of that we also donate a minimum of 5% of our profits to organizations that are working every day to keep this incredible place healthy for generations to come.

I want something specific but don't see it on the shop?
We're adding items constantly as we have them, but if there's something that you're dying to have please reach out to us at info@ourwildpugetsound.com and we'll see what's possible! Some items have been discontinued, but some just haven't made it over to our new shop yet, so drop us an email!
How long will it take to get my order?
This largely depends on the item that you ordered, our current print calendar, and our stock levels at the time of your order, but most orders are at your door within 7-10 days.
In order to be mindful of our impact on the environment we carry limited inventory so we aren't over-producing products that never find a home, and on the product pages you can see a general timeline of when you can anticipate receiving your order.
We think that the extra couple day wait is worth it, but we also know there are times when you need your good quickly. If you're in a rush and need your order ASAP you can let us know at checkout and we'll make sure to get it in the mail in the fastest way possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No problem at all! We accept exchanges or returns for store credit on unwashed + unworn items.
Reach out to us at info@ourwildpugetsound.com within 30 days of receiving your items and we’ll be happy to help.
We know that with some clothing items there’s flexibility in how it fits and with others it’s really important, so if exact fit is a key concern on your order also feel free to reach out before you place your order so we can answer all of your questions and guide you towards the exact right size before you commit. Most of our product pages also have size charts to help steer you in the right direction.
Do you offer an option for pickup?
We don't currently have a consistent location for pickup, but if you know us or if you're local feel free to reach out and we can try to arrange something. We're also lucky enough to have our items at various retailers throughout the country, so if you prefer to shop in person we would encourage you to swing by one of the shops below to see what they currently have in stock from us and other local artists.
